National Debt Advisors Refer & Earn Terms and Conditions

The National Debt Advisors (NDA) Refer & Earn programme helps South Africans who face financial pressure and debt. NDA provides debt review services that reduce instalments and protect consumers from legal action by credit providers.

By taking part in the NDA Refer & Earn programme, you can earn cash for referring people to NDA. If the person you refer is found to be over-indebted and signs up for debt review, you will receive R1,000 after they make their first debt repayment.

Debt review is regulated by the National Credit Regulator. Registered debt counsellors create a payment plan that allows over-indebted consumers to meet obligations in an affordable monthly structure. While under debt review, consumers receive legal protection from asset repossession and creditor harassment.

1. Introduction

Welcome to the National Debt Advisors Refer & Earn Programme (“Programme”).

The Programme is owned and operated by National Debt Advisors (Pty) Ltd, a registered debt review company in South Africa. By accessing or using the Programme, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Programme as a referrer, you must:

• Be a legal resident of South Africa.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a registered South African bank account and provide proof of residence for FICA purposes.

3. Programme overview

• Referrers use the website https://ndareferral.co.za to submit referrals.
• The form must include your contact information and the referee’s details.
• A referrer will receive R1,000 when the referred individual signs up for debt review and makes their first & second debt repayment.
• Rewards will be processed manually.

4. Successful referral definition

A successful referral is defined as an individual who:

• Is referred through https://ndareferral.co.za
• Signs up for NDA debt review
• Makes their first debt repayment

5. Referral rewards

• The referrer will receive R1,000 per successful referral.
• Rewards are paid into the bank account provided by the referrer.

6. Referral tracking and qualifying actions

• Each referrer is captured on NDA’s internal system along with their personal details.
• The referrer must provide accurate contact information. NDA will contact the referrer once the referred client makes their first payment.
• If NDA follows up with the referrer to collect or verify referee details, the referrer must provide the correct information for qualification.
• Registrations or enquiries that are not tied to a referral form or do not include the referrer’s information will not qualify.

7. Restrictions and conditions

• Referees must be personal friends, family, colleagues, or acquaintances of the referrer.
• The Programme may not be used for commercial referral activity.
• Referrers may not use spam or bulk unsolicited marketing.
• Referral details may not be promoted on websites containing illegal, unethical, adult, or harmful content.

8. Privacy and data protection

• Personal information collected as part of the Programme is handled in accordance with NDA’s Privacy Policy available at https://nationaldebtadvisors.co.za/privacy-policy/.
• By participating, you grant NDA permission to use your information for identity verification, regulatory compliance, reward processing, and fraud prevention.
• Your information may be shared with service providers, payment processors, law enforcement, or regulators when required by law.

9. Revocation and amendments

• NDA may revise, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without notice.
• NDA may update these Terms. Continued participation confirms acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. General terms

• Participation in the Programme is voluntary.
• NDA will not be responsible for technical issues, errors, or referral delays.
• By participating, you agree to indemnify NDA against claims or damages related to your participation in the Programme.
